poverty rates for people under 18, from 14 per cent in 2016 to 17 per
cent in 2017. Even more concerning for Lynn Hartwell is the increase in
the poverty rate of young people in families with two parents, which
went from 13.8 per cent in 2016 to 16.8 per cent in 2017.
