The third release of results from the polling firm’s phone survey of
2,651 Canadians — conducted between June 27 and July 2 — shows that over
60 per cent of respondents thought the Canada Child Benefit was either
helpful or very helpful to the economy, while another 56 per cent
thought the same about the Liberal government’s infrastructure
investment package.
A slim majority (51 per cent) thought the Trans Mountain pipeline was
at least somewhat helpful, while 54 per cent said the same about the
Liberal government’s affordable housing investments and home buying
incentives.
