federal level, despite good words … our target is the same target left
under Stephen Harper.

Canadians Are World’s Biggest Gas Guzzlers: Report
An IEA study released earlier this spring found that the passenger vehicles on Canada’s roads emit 206 grams of carbon dioxide per kilometre driven, higher than the second-place U.S., at 198 grams per kilometre, and about 50 per cent higher than many Western European countries.

grew as far north as the Arctic, said Rob Jackson, a professor of earth
system science at Stanford University. “Earth was a very different
place,” he said. “You would hardly recognize the land surface, and my
gosh, we don’t want to go there.”
